Power Settlements currently offers two software products, the Settlements Analyzer Module and the SettleCore shadow settlement system.

Settlements Analyzer Module

  • The Settlements Analyzer Module is an introductory software application that is used exclusively for analyzing ISO settlement files. There are two versions of the product: the Desktop version and the Client-server version.
  • The Settlements Analyzer - Desktop Version is the same application that is used in the free trial offer. This is a highly functionally application that enables ISO settlement files to be reviewed with ease. This application is ideal for organizations with only one or two users that do not require concurrent use. This is a standalone application that each user can install directly on their computer (this is not a server-client application). As the application is installed directly onto a user’s computer, if the company has multiple users, each user has to import their own data. Also, this application uses a limited 4 GB database, and is not meant for storing more than a few weeks of data at a time.   • The Settlements Analyzer – Client Server Version contains the same functionality as the Desktop Version and also includes a highly functional comparison feature and the ability to import ISO invoices. This application is ideal for organizations that require multiple concurrent users with server-client functionality, and the ability to store years worth of settlement data (hundreds of GB). This application is licensed for an unlimited number of users and utilizes an industrial strength Oracle or SQL Server database. SettleCore Shadow Settlement System

  • The SettleCore system is a complete shadow settlement system. This product is used by companies that require shadow settlement capabilities. This product is a fully integrated single system for performing shadow settlements.
  • The SettleCore shadow settlement system is comprised of the following functionality:
    • Settlements Analyzer Module (client-server version), which is described above.
    • ISO Downloader Module for automated downloading all of the market participant’s portal data (such as prices, schedules, meter data, settlement files, etc.).
    • Shadow Settlement and Dispute Module for generating shadow settlements and flagging any disputable transactions when the settlement files are imported.
    • There is also an optional Scheduling Module that can be used for submitting bids, schedules, and trades to the ISO.
  • The SettleCore application utilizes server-client functionality and an industrial strength Oracle or SQL Server database for storing hundreds of GB of data.
