• Charge Code Validation Training – This service includes a combination of onsite and web-based CAISO charge code validation training with an experienced CAISO settlement consultant.  Our service includes a customized offering including the requested charge codes which are relevant to your company’s MRTU SaMC settlement statements.  Additionally, unlike virtually all other settlement training offerings, our offering includes a standard data set as well as the incorporation of your company’s settlement statements, thereby making the training less theoretical and more relevant to the settlement analysts.
  
  
• Settlement Consultant Support – This service includes an experienced CAISO settlement consultant that will be at the disposal of your settlements group to perform any and all settlement-related activities, including assisting with validating your company’s settlement statements and flagging disputable transactions, assisting with market simulation testing, and back-filling for your company’s settlement analysts which have been temporarily assigned to other projects.
